Benji Crossley

Benji joins the firm after graduating from Victoria University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Laws and Arts degree. He has spent the last ten years working in the Sports industry both domestically and internationally.

Benji joined our Property team in 2019 after ten years working in Sports Administration in Wellington and London. The lure of the lifestyle of the Bay of Plenty brought him back to the region he grew up in and is now raising his young family here.

Benji is passionate about helping his clients achieve the best outcome for their particular circumstances. He believes that every client is different with a unique story and his advice will always be tailored to suit. He understands that the relationship between an individual and their lawyer is vitally important and always attempts to connect at a human level. The pragmatic approach he takes to problem-solving is based on his real-life experiences across industries and organisations.

Benji is passionate about the future of the region and is heavily involved in the community through the Tauranga Business Chamber, BOP Rugby and the Arataki Junior Rugby Club. When not busy with two young kids and a puppy Benji enjoys watching sport, reading and listening to podcasts.
