Jessica joined Sharp Tudhope in 2020, having previously worked for a large corporate firm in Auckland.
Jessica supports clients by providing strategic advice across a range of industries, with a focus on commercial contracts, privacy and data protection, consumer law and general compliance. Jessica understands clients’ businesses and therefore provides them with clear, practical advice and workable solutions that make sense.  Jessica has previously also carried out legal work in a range of areas that complement her corporate/commercial practice, including in intellectual property, banking and finance, and employment, and she has worked closely with other lawyers who specialise in these legal practice areas. She therefore has a broader understanding and awareness of other potential issues that can arise for businesses beyond pure corporate/commercial law issues.
