The Team

Team members step up Sharp Tudhope

We’re pleased to announce the promotion of four members of our legal team.

Benji Crossley and Lucy Nolan have been promoted to Associate, while Hannah Cull and Kate Bennett have progressed to Senior Solicitor.

These promotions recognise the quality work and client focus that each of them brings to the firm. Between them, they work across a wide range of specialities and bring experience and thoughtful advice to the matters they handle.

Benji Crossley moves into his Associate role with a strong background in property and sports law.
Lucy Nolan brings her expertise in employment law to her new Associate position.
Hannah Cull steps into her Senior Solicitor role with a depth of knowledge across Trusts, Wills and succession planning.
Kate Bennett advances to Senior Solicitor with a focus on civil litigation and construction law.

Brooke Courtney, Chair of Partners, says: “We value people who deliver results and genuinely care about our clients. The promotion of Benji, Lucy, Hannah and Kate reflects that, and each is well deserved. The Partners and firm are excited to support them through their continued growth.”

Benji Crossley joined Sharp Tudhope in 2019 after returning to New Zealand from the UK.  Looking back, he says: “Sharp Tudhope was a great place to start my career in the law, and it’s been a great place to keep learning. I’m excited to continue my journey here and keep contributing to the firm’s success. We have great people, excellent clients and interesting work – it’s a pleasure to be here.”

Congratulations to Benji, Lucy, Hannah and Kate. We’re proud to celebrate this milestone with you and look forward to your continued success.
