As a Tauranga local, Ben attended Tauranga Boys’ College where he was a Prefect and a keen member of the College Big Band. He joined the firm in 2018 as a Law Clerk in our Property team after graduating from Auckland University with a Bachelor of Laws and a second major in Psychology.
Ben’s interest in law stems from his love of problem solving and helping others. Ben has a keen eye to the future and is interested in the effect of emerging technologies on the legal domain. He has recently completed his dissertation, focussing on Blockchain and its impact on Intellectual Property Law.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys spending time with friends and family and is passionate about making music and expanding his ever-growing collection of synthesisers
