As a Tauranga local, Ben joined Sharp Tudhope in 2018 after completing a Bachelor of Laws with a second major in Psychology at the University of Auckland.
Specialising in rural and commercial property law, Ben has extensive experience in large orchard transactions, subdivisions, and commercial leases. He also provides a wide range of private client services, including estate planning, Trusts, Wills, and relationship property agreements.
Ben’s work is driven by a focus on problem solving and helping clients navigate their legal needs with clear, practical advice. With a keen interest in the intersection of law and technology, Ben completed a dissertation on Blockchain and its impact on Intellectual Property Law.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys spending time with friends and family, and making music as a creative outlet.
