Caity graduated from the University of Otago in 2021 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Anthropology and minoring in Politics, with a keen interest in Archaeology.
Since joining Sharp Tudhope in 2022, Caity has been a key member of the property team. She assists clients in residential and commercial conveyancing, leases, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and trust matters. Her approachable and practical problem-solving style has helped her build strong relationships with clients and the broader community.
Caity also has a particular interest in relationship property law and advises on Contracting Out (Prenuptial) Agreements, Separation Agreements, and guides clients through the implications of relationship property law during the estate planning process.
Outside of work, Caity likes being outdoors and enjoys skiing, tramping and film photography.
