Samantha was born and raised in Mount Maunganui and is an associate solicitor in our Property team. She joined the firm in 2016 after graduating from Waikato University with a Bachelor of Laws and a second major in Psychology.
Samantha works in the trust team focusing mainly on family and charitable trust creation, management, variations, reviews, resettlements, and wind ups. Samantha works with clients to ensure that their personal asset planning needs are met, including drafting and updating wills and enduring power of attorney documents.
Samantha also advises clients on residential and commercial conveyancing and lease matters.
Her friendly and approachable manner always puts people ease so they are comfortable asking for whatever help they need.
