New Zealand Legal Executive Certificate
Tracey is a Legal Executive in our Property team. She joined our firm in 2003 after completing her Legal Executive studies. Tracey is particularly interested in commercial leases, commercial property management and conveyancing transactions. She works alongside Alasdair Christie, a Partner in our Property team.
Areas of Expertise
Commercial and residential conveyancing
Property management and administration including accounting, collecting OPEX, maintenance, building warrant of fitness obligations, negotiating with tenants and maintenance contractors
All security work
Subdivisions and all ancillary work including liaising with surveyor, plans etc.
