Amelia joined Sharp Tudhope in 2016 following the completion of her law and social science degree.
From a rural farming background, Amelia is an integral part of the property and agribusiness teams and has a keen interest in agricultural, horticultural and rural law.
Amelia works closely with the partnership to provide sound advice on the sale and purchase of farms, orchards and lifestyle blocks, ownership structures, leasing and succession planning. This work includes preparing and negotiating sale and purchase documentation and detailed property due diligence.
She regularly advises clients on a wide range of property law including subdivisions, commercial property development, residential property transactions, and leases.
