Daniel is an Associate in our Property team. He joined the firm in February 2021, having previously worked for a respected law firm in Auckland.

Daniel has several years’ experience providing advice and assisting clients with a broad range of significant property related matters.

His primary areas of work include acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential property, commercial leasing, property development and vendor and purchaser due diligence investigations.

Daniel’s expertise also includes advice on unit title developments, body corporate governance, real property securities and mortgagee and receivership sales.
