How would you describe the transition from university to working?
There can be a steep learning curve as you start out (which is good), but you’re supported by experts who quickly help you develop practical legal skills and knowledge. The management staff provide plenty of support to get you familiar with firm processes, whilst you also get paired with a more senior member of your team to help integrate you into your new role. Additionally, doing your PLS course alongside the other graduates helps as well.
