Car joined Sharp Tudhope’s Property Team in January 2022. She is originally from the Philippines and moved to New Zealand in 2005. Car holds a Bachelor of Laws degree with a second major in Accounting from Waikato University. Before moving to New Zealand, she completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Management Information Systems.

In 2016, Car was admitted to the bar and has since earned a reputation for her practical approach and commitment to building strong relationships with her clients. She believes that open communication and understanding of her client’s needs are paramount. Car takes the time to build trusting relationships with her clients, ensuring that they feel informed throughout the legal process.

Car works closely with Brooke Courtney and provides advice to clients on a range of property matters, including residential and commercial property transactions, commercial leases, trust establishment and administration, reviews and resettlements, as well as relationship property matters.
