Christopher Williams

Christopher is a Senior Associate in Sharp Tudhope’s Commercial and Corporate team.

Since joining in 2020, he has advised rural and commercial syndicators, Māori organisations, and small to medium businesses on a wide range of matters including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, syndication structures, and commercial contracting.

He has particular expertise in the agribusiness sector, and also enjoys supporting emerging sports and technology ventures. Christopher values building enduring partnerships with clients and providing clear, pragmatic solutions.

Born on the East Coast and raised in Southern Hawke’s Bay, Christopher has a strong connection with regional and rural New Zealand. He has recently completed Level 3 Te Reo Māori at Toi Ohomai and outside of work, he is a keen (if not especially talented) runner and golfer, and enjoys time with his young family.
